Lauren is an exceptional listener and is an extremely relatable therapist. She provides a safe, supportive space to work on any past and present issues. Provides EMDR services as well which can help resolve past traumatic issues.

I have had several therapist in my life time for various reasons. Some helped somewhat, some not at all. Lauren helped me big time. So much, that I’ve recommended her to others. Lauren finally made sense to me, and my husband as well. She permanently fixed my problem, that was in my head.
