Dr Levy seemed nice on first visit but when she and her staff LOST my medical records I brought in for my chart; well that was unacceptable. Never an apology or an explanation. Cannot retrieve them as two of my previous doctors retired and closed their practices. Even after multiple phone calls not one person had any accountability. My advice is to stay away from Dr Levy as visits after the debacle she was not on her game and almost seems to be a better fit for young children ; if that.
