I would give her no stars. My adultson was brought into the emergency room by ambulance at 9:00 PM after having a severe head injury. He had no memory of the last 10 years of his life could not walk . Lauren should be ashamed to call herself a Dr. I was in the ER for 5 hours before anyone would see me. It wasn't until the shift change that a Dr prescribed me some Torodol for my severe pain. She said she wasn't seeing anymore patients. That was a 2am. Her shift ended at 7am. I was left in agony for 5 hours because of her unprofessionalism and laziness.

She was very condescending. She treated as if I was a hypochondriac. She didn't believe me when I told her of the symptoms and abnormal heart rate that I'd had all day. I had a few copies of EKGs that I had taken on my Kardia mobile device and she had no interest in looking at them. She refused to consult my cardiologist because she said "they won't come to the ER".
