I was five minutes late for my appointment on 8-14-25 with Dr McMaHill and was told I would not be seen because I was late. I find this highly unprofessional considering that often patients are kept waiting for more than five minutes or more.
Dr. Mcmahill doesn’t communicate properly. It also took her over a week to look over anything. It took over three weeks to get any follow up from her by the app since phone calls did not work. I’m hoping she effectively communicates better next time.
She is an excellent doctor. She is both very knowledgeable and caring. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care physician.
Not only have I had wonderful experiences with Dr. McMahill but I also have referred family and friends to her. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also, has the best bedside manners. She takes her time and answers any and all questions. I never feel rushed or as if I am ‘just a number,’ as I have with other doctors in the past. I have been going to her for years and will continue to do long as she will see me!
