Cancelled appointments without my notification, never answered calls as to why she addended my health records and the office withheld results of an ultrasound and disallowed me from accessing it in their offices stating the images were deleted after a week, do not get surgery from anyone other than Dr McDermott.

I spent 3 plus years, if not longer, being told “it’s not normal for you, but it’s normal”. Dr.Mason is incredible. She has so much patience and is so passionate with her clients. Always listens to my concerns and she is so thorough in her explanations. I highly highly recommend her!
