I am very pleased with my decision to switch to Dr. Lauren Marchese as my PCP. She listens to your concerns and actually works out a personalized treatment path for you and doesn’t just throw you on meds (if avoidable) and actually solves problems. She’s the best PCP I’ve had in a very long time.

I did enjoy seeing dr Lauren for the past 4 years. However this past year trying to get in to see her is a joke. I have a health issue that needed to be taken care of asap & I was told the soonest is 6 weeks I can get in. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if you have to go spend money at urgent care to handle issues anyway. It’s extremely frustrating, however hopefully the next dr I receive I won’t be stuck on hold for ten minutes like I am now. Dr lauren is very Nice when you talk to her, but she is truly awful when it come to calling you about test results, had a mamo done I called the office 3 times and wrote a email before she ever got back to me, Now I had to get a biopsy done and already called the office twice , saying they will give her the message , was told she got the results and they would give her the message to call 3 days later still no word from her. This is a Breast BIOPSY for crying out loud.
