Dr. Lauren Marchese is clearly invested in providing her patients the best comprehensive and efficient care. She is respectful (she “speaks with” you, she does not “talk at” you), courteous, and the time and effort she gives to addressing your health while in consideration of your concerns should be a blueprint for any type of physician to follow. I thank her and her team for their open and honest communication regarding both my health and help with navigating my health coverage!
Dr. Lauren is very caring and a fantastic listener! All issues discussed with a clear plan moving forward. Very nice office staff!
The doctor is a nice but sadly her clinic picks and chooses what parts of your insurance will be accepted and then they reject the rest. They do not tell you this when you call to ask if they take the insurance, etc before making your first appt. Then at your first appt they also do not share this. Instead they wait until the appt with the uncovered service (again don’t mention it when scheduling the appt) and only give you the option to cancel or pay out of pocket. Dr. Lauren is the BEST and the only doctor that makes me feel heard. I have been seeing her for a few years. Highly recommend her to anyone.
