Great experience with Lauren. Good explanations. My hand and fingers were better fast and still a week later doing good.
Front desk staff very friendly. Was seen promptly. Professional. All questions answered
Felt dismissed and that I was not wanted. Front desk people were rude and acted as though it was an inconvenience to do their job. No customer service. I think a prison cell would be more comfortable than the waiting room. I know the building is new but would it have hurt to budget for decorations. Very cold and would not recommend.
Dr mactaggart was very professional and helped my father trigger finger immediately. He didn’t know there was an option to fix it. So for anyone helping care for their elders, Make sure you’re listening to their pains and help them act on it.
