Dr. Haddad is wonderful! She was courteous, attentive and detailed when explaining things but not condescending. She made eye contact with my daughter and me. She listened to our concerns and asked questions( with a big smile). My daughter was very comfortable with her and so was I. Before we left my daughter told Dr Haddad how nice she is and we both had confidence in her.
