Lauren is amazing! Very easy to talk to, empathetic, knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients. She was recommended to me, and it was the best experience I could imagine. I had a traumatic vehicle collision, and Lauren suggested EMDR therapy and it was very successful. I’m not sure I could have moved forward without her help and compassion. Lauren is a fantastic therapist. After several years of trying to find the right fit, Lauren was the right match. She combined a comfortable, safe space with a no-nonsense approach that really helped me to open up about things I never thought I would be able to get through. Her EMDR technique is very efficient and effective.
I am very impressed with Lauren Lowe’s technique with EMDR. I had some deep phobias and they have miraculously eased up. I highly recommend her for helping dissolve stubborn phobias.
