Lauren is a fantastic therapist. After several years of trying to find the right fit, Lauren was the right match. She combined a comfortable, safe space with a no-nonsense approach that really helped me to open up about things I never thought I would be able to get through. Her EMDR technique is very efficient and effective.
I am very impressed with Lauren Lowe’s technique with EMDR. I had some deep phobias and they have miraculously eased up. I highly recommend her for helping dissolve stubborn phobias.
