I am being charged $100 for an appointment which I called and cancelled. At time of cancellation I was told that there won't be any cancellation fees but still I am seeing a charge. Very frustrating! My 1st virtual appt I was there 10 mins early and waited for Dr Kaplan for 25 mins. Dr Kaplan was a no show or late. I don't because I left i needed to get back to work. She charged me a cancelation fee $100 and visit. The doctors office called to let me know that i needed to reschedule my appt because i missed my appt. Dr Kaplan How dare you?
