I have never had a bad experience at the Chase Center in Cheshire. The staff is always very accommodating and thorough in their care of you. Questions are answered and explanations given for what they are doing to care for you. Lauren Just, APRN is a standout medical practitioner. She is knowledgeable, caring, understanding and makes sure you understand what to expect from any changes in your medications or symptoms. In my 83 years of life she rates at the top of the pack.

Meeting with MD after APRN was stressful and confrontational. The MA was especially nice, but after her the rest of the session was downhill. In fact, I was released from the practice by the doctor herself. Quite honestly, her reaction to my insights and revelations of my disease progression was less than professional. In all respects I felt the doctor was too personal and not evaluating her recommendations from my perspective. I could go on with comment, but I choose to refrain.
