I waited months for an appointment with her only to leave feeling deflated and unheard. I told her I had two concerns: my grandma got breast cancer at 39 and I'm worried about my risk and want to get checked out, and I would like a PCP who can do intermittent FMLA paperwork when I go through the grueling IVF process and (hopefully) pregnancy again. Thorough and knowledgeable practitioner
I was seen for my annual Physical. Dr Im is very good at making me feel comfortable and she is very efficient in her assessment of my status and what needs to have follow up. I have always been very happy as a patient at this Baylor Medical Office.
Dr.Im was wonderful to work with. She made me feel like we are a team working together to solve what I came in about and I appreciated her calm, confident, direct manner. She was focused on me but I never felt like she was trying to upsell testing. She laid out a strategic plan for next steps and addressed my concerns with that plan. I was able to get on her schedule quickly and once I arrived at the clinic at my appointment time I wasn’t kept waiting.
