I had such a positive experience with Lauren and her team. They were able to get me in quickly, explained everything clearly (including my insurance limitations), and made thoughtful, informed recommendations. I came in on May 8th to get blood work for my thyroid prescription. As of June 1st they still have not completed the pre authorization. When I call I am told that it's an insurance issue and there is nothing they can do but they refuse to contact my insurance. Medicaid tells me that the Doctors office has not replied to a request for more information. I have gone 10 days without my medication now and have called the office and my insurance over 10 times.
