Dr.Hoogewerff has good bedside manner, evaluate my health thoroughly. She is polite and patient. However this practice has some annoying problems. In my first visit, I ask Dr.Hoogewerff questions about my hair loss, it is a totally internal medicine question I get medication prescription without lab test. One month later I received a bill for cosmetic consultation $115. She is not a dermatologist, she can not claim it is a dermatology service without examine my skin.
