Lauren is truly exceptional. Her treatments go far beyond massage - they feel like a full reset for both body and mind. There’s a level of care, intuition, and presence in the way she works that’s hard to put into words. I always leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and completely restored. It’s honestly a bit of a transcendent experience for me every time 🤍So grateful to have found Lauren.

Lauren is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. If you have the privilege to see her, don’t miss the opportunity. She’s incredibly intuitive and gifted in being able to sense what’s needed in a session. Her sanctuary is warm and inviting and you will not want to leave.

Grab a beverage, because I am going to leave a 2-for review. First, I have seen Lauren as a patient. The Massage Therapy experience was flawless. From the minute you walk into the adorable little space you feel calm. Her focus on stillness and quiet is a much needed pause and gives you an opportunity to fully appreciate the experience.
