Grab a beverage, because I am going to leave a 2-for review. First, I have seen Lauren as a patient. The Massage Therapy experience was flawless. From the minute you walk into the adorable little space you feel calm. Her focus on stillness and quiet is a much needed pause and gives you an opportunity to fully appreciate the experience.
