Hands down, this office was amazing. Dr. Hawkins went above and beyond, making sure I was tested for everything that could possibly relate to my diagnosis. Thankfully, all of my results came back great—but it was an emotional roller coaster for me. She has really helped me take control of my t1D. I feel heard when I express an issue I'm having, and am confident in my ability to make adjustments as needed. It is worth the two hour drive I make to see her every three months.
My review of Dr. Hawkins and staff is based on 5 + appointments. I’ve been a patient of hers over a year. I believe she’s a very good Endocrinologist. Please see below for reasons I rate her highly. Despite increased stressors on physicians throughout covid 19 she never gave the impression she wasn’t professionally present and invested.
