Ahhh. Lauren and I were on a 7-8 month journey to sell my home. We went through HELL and back after the houses flooded on inspection day and going through 2 different buyers. Lauren was VERY patient with us and the process. Her team was very great and cooperative. She called/texted every day to update us in real time while advocating for us in every situation. I would recommend her a million times over and would sell/buy houses with her again. 10/10 service for a 0/10 circumstance!
Lauren is the BEST!! She is so patient and takes the time to educate her clients throughout the whole process of buying a home. As a first time home buyer, it was extremely important to me to work with someone who was willing to answer all of my questions without making me feel like a bother. Lauren was such an amazing support system, knowledge base, and cheerleader throughout the whole process.
Lauren came referred to us and did not disappoint. This was my fourth home purchase and the easiest. She made the whole proecess very easy and seamless. She took the time to explain in detail the process and listened to our needs. She has a great team and staff that works diligently to review the details of the sale. She was very accessible through the process, anytime I texted or called there was prompt response. I HIGHLY recommend her, she has a great deal of knowledge, expertise, and great customer service.
