She’s amazing a listens to her patients!
I’ve been a patient of Lauren’s for over a decade and cannot say enough praise about her. She’s caring and professional. Attentive and knowledgeable.
Impossible to get her attention if you have a problem. Very difficult to get appts. with. Messages on the portal often ignored. Pushes anxiety and depression meds, which is way out of my comfort zone. She does take her time with you, which is nice. But you also can just feel that you are being an annoying burden. I've left the Mercy system entirely after having a major reaction to medication and nobody helped me with it. I think they are overcrowded with patients to the point they cannot provide good care.
Dr. Greenhaw is the best, most tolerable, patient, caring doctor that is in the NWA area. I would recommend her and her nurse to anyone looking for a great physician
