We can't recommend Lauren and her team enough! We hired Lauren for her day of wedding coordinator services and it was by far one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. We used Megan for her day-of coordination services as well as running the rehearsal and help with clean up afterwards. Megan and Tam were INCREDIBLE! Megan met with me 2 months leading up to the wedding, and she was there whenever I needed her! The day before she arrived early for the rehearsal, scoped the area out, had everything prepared as to what I wanted to rehearse, and made me feel at ease for the day of! We used Lauren for her day-of coordination services as well as renting a few items from her. She was INCREDIBLY helpful the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding and was so responsive and helpful when we had a scare two days before the wedding that we would not have a photographer. Her and her assistant were incredible on the day of and made everything calm and easy. I had no stresses the entire day. Lauren, Megan and Carson did a great job coordinating my wedding. The coordinated with my vendors to make a timeline, handled the rehearsal, and setup all my décor on the day of. They even had contingency plans in place in case someone on the team is sick-a must have in this day an age. I was able to relax so much better knowing they were taking care of all the setup.
If there was one reason my wedding day went seamlessly, it’s because of Lauren Gemberling Event’s team! I used their day of coordination service. They did everything I needed with a smile on their faces. From setting up every table, to moving things around the venue. They checked in with me through the wedding day and night to make sure I was happy with everything. They took so much stress and pressure off of me which is more than I could ask for!
