Lauren's massages are really top notch. Her understanding of the body and referral patterns has helped many problems I have be resolved at the source. She is like a cross between a massage therapist and a physio. And she's just the sweetest person. Can't recommend more highly.
She's got magic hands. You will not regret it. Oh and she's vaccinated and wants vaccinated clients. Yay!
Lauren is THE BEST. I will follow her wherever she goes. Does that say enough? Lauren is special because she understands how the body is supposed to move, and she integrates mobility releases into her massages. She is gentle but highly effective. She seems to somehow know when you feel chatty or not. She takes the time to assess your needs at the beginning of each massage, sometimes assessing range of motion etc. She will take time to recommend stretches or exercises that may help you. Go see her. 🙂
