Lauren is amazing! She has a very calming and nurturing energy about her that really allows you to relax and let go. I went in needing to fully decompress and address some neck and shoulder issues and she worked her magic! Lauren gives an amazing massage and I cannot speak highly enough about her skills. She brings a level of compassion and warmth to a massage I had never experienced before.
