I was admitted for pneumonia and Dr.Franklin gave High Level Expertise, Excellent Bed Side Manner, was very Responsive, Compassionate and Cared for me and My Health very well. She was Always on top of A Excellent Care Plan for Me and Included Me in decisions about My Health which made me feel like we had a Partnership.
