Lauren is a fantastic PCP. She is a capable young woman who is very bright, direct and personable. She works with other providers at DHMC to make sure I get the care I need with specialists, and is excellent about completing paperwork. As someone that has lived all over I’ve had many PCPs, but Lauren is the top of the bunch. She won’t BS you but she will advocate on your behalf for what’s needed. Lauren is great. She listens well, spends a lot of time with patients and she seems like she REALLY does want to help in anyway that she is able to.

I am a professional patient (chronically ill & disabled) and this is the worst provider I've had in years. Which is odd, as I'd heard such good things :( I would describe her as cruel and careless to the point of negligent.

Lauren is great! She takes time to answer questions, is non-judgmental, and follows up on previous conversations/appointments. I really appreciate how approachable she is—I’m never worried about being talked down to or dismissed if I bring up a question or concern. Would absolutely recommend!
