Lauren is great. She listens well, spends a lot of time with patients and she seems like she REALLY does want to help in anyway that she is able to.
I am a professional patient (chronically ill & disabled) and this is the worst provider I've had in years. Which is odd, as I'd heard such good things :( I would describe her as cruel and careless to the point of negligent.
Lauren is great! She takes time to answer questions, is non-judgmental, and follows up on previous conversations/appointments. I really appreciate how approachable she is—I’m never worried about being talked down to or dismissed if I bring up a question or concern. Would absolutely recommend!
