Dr. Kaplan was absolutely incredible for my wisdom teeth removal! She and her entire team are lovely. From the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaplan was great and helped ease my anxiety for my first surgery ever.
I am 37 year old me with PTSD and anxiety issues. I had never had a surgical procedure before getting my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Kaplan and I was very nervous to be put under for it. Her and Mrs. Shera were incredibly nice and patient with me considering my anxiety and the procedure was literally nothing at all. I went to sleep and next thing I know I am home resting up. got all 4 wisdom teeth out under IV sedation today and I am super happy with how everything went. I have never had surgery of any kind before and Dr. Kaplan + team made the experience super simple so I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I appreciated her lightness and sense of humor, it helped me enormously as I was super tense and nervous the entire time leading up to the procedure. My experience with Commonwealth Oral & Facial was positive from start to finish. Dr Lauren Kaplan did an excellent job removing my molar. The procedure went as smoothly as I could hope for and my recovery has been excellent with very little discomfort.
