Dr. Burton really cares. She listens and tries to figure out the root of the problem. She works with you. She doesn't talk AT you or talk down to you in that dismissive doctor-talk some providers use. She's a genuinely good person, and a wonderful doctor.
I’m amazed these reviews aren’t overwhelmingly positive. My only explanation is that people are more likely to express negative experiences than positive… not to take away from anybody else’s experience but Dr Burton has been legitimately the best experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. Never been more sure my doctor has known what they were doing. She never hesitates to address any of my concerns, always has a clear course of action and I never feel judged. Dr Burton is great!
I had an unfortunate experience with this provider. She was unkind and rude. I did not feel heard, more like she was tolerating me. I went to discuss something that another woman would hopefully have some understanding and compassion about. Nope, not her. I will NEVER see her again. Even if I was on fire and needed water....
Doesn’t care about patients or listens to them, not receptive. Doesn’t even try to diagnose, just useless.
