I’m so glad I took a chance on a new salon closer to home—this place is a gem! Lainey at Lauren Christine Hair Artistry & Spa is fantastic. She’s highly skilled, truly listens, and knew exactly how to work with my fine hair. I left with one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years. The salon itself is beautiful and comfortable. Lainey is rad. She’s cuts both my hair and my wife hair. Shes very nice, professional, and takes her time to get everything right. Definitely 5-star service.
Melanie and I talked about doing a trim on my hair, taking about an inch off. When she was done styling it I realized that more than an inch was taken off but it wasn’t until I got home and styled it myself that I realized about 3-4 inches were taken off and the layers were not blended at all! As someone who’s been growing out their hair for years, this was very upsetting. If she thought she needed to take off more than the inch that was agreed upon, that should’ve been discussed before any cutting happened. In response to t... read more
