She really moves things along to get to closing on our house.
Lauren was so personable and involved from the very beginning. She was patient with all of our questions, and was available after hours to answer or clarify anything. She encouraged my husband to stick with his original plan when he had some last minute jitters, and she encouraged financial responsible choices rather than pushing us to go for the maximum loan. She was overall a great counselor, knows her stuff, and friendly and likeable! I would recommend her 100%!!

She helped us determine what we could afford, took time after normal work hours to talk us through all of the documents we had to sign and understand, and was always quick to answer all of our questions.
