She's not worth it
Dr. Bloch and her staff are extremely professional and go above and beyond every time to ensure that my husband receives the best care possible. They are always so very attentive to his needs and makes sure that all questions are answered and all medical issues are addressed at each visit. When needed, Dr. Bloch will refer him to other professionals. Her staff follow up with the referral and my husband to ensure that he is taken care of and his medical needs are met. Nurses and doctors will forget about you.
Very personable, staff and doctor. But after over a year I’ve decided both my 92 year old mother and I are changing doctors. This office is not responsive to our needs. They screwed up our records on a number of occasions. The patient portal is always a mess and does not work right. I found myself waiting to see the doctor for more than an hour after my appointment time on a number of occasions, and to tell the truth I am just not impressed with White River Medical Center either in Cherokee Village or Batesville.
