I haven't actually been to my appointment yet, but I called and left a message today to try to establish as a new patient. Three hours later they called back, and they were SUPER pleasant to work with over the phone. I was even able to get an appointment the very next week!! Dr .Bierman and her team have been fantastic, caring, and helpful with my eye issues.
Dr. Bierman is a wonderful opthamologist! She removed a chalazion that I had for about 6 months, and was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole (surprisingly brief) procedure. I am so grateful for her and her team’s kindness, professionalism, and expertise!
After 8 long visits with a Sandwich ophthalmologist and no results for having severe dry eyes for literally 14 months of hell that ophthalmologist just he can't help me. I called Dr Beirman and got an appointment right away and she finally got to the problem and I am so happy and relieved. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for taking me out of my misery.
