I came in today with the **biggest knot in my shoulder**. I was in so much pain that I could barely lift my arm, and I couldn’t even put on or take off my blouse by myself. It was terrible! After my session, I went home and was **actually able to take my blouse off by myself** and felt SO much better! The difference was incredible. 🙌🏼 she has golden hands. Lauren is a fantastic and knowledgeable therapist! I cannot say enough about her! After several failed attempts by other therapists she was able to provide such relief for my shoulder/neck issue I was having! She used multiple methods to include heat, the massage gun and cupping. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had.
Lauren is not only a fantastic therapist, she's a magician. I came to her with several issues and she treated them thoroughly and thoughtfully. She used multiple treatment methods including cupping, heat, and the theragun. Its clear she has a passion for what she does, and she truly has a gift. One of the best massages I have ever had. She is also just a wonderful human who treats people with kindness and compassion.
