Lauren is not only a fantastic therapist, she's a magician. I came to her with several issues and she treated them thoroughly and thoughtfully. She used multiple treatment methods including cupping, heat, and the theragun. Its clear she has a passion for what she does, and she truly has a gift. One of the best massages I have ever had. She is also just a wonderful human who treats people with kindness and compassion.

Lauren is MAGICAL! Her knowledge and skill in using different modalities to address my issues was game changing. She was very attentive and interactive throughout the session, making sure I was comfortable. After a busy race season, this was a much needed release for my tight, sore, and tired body. I will definitely be going back very soon!
