Although we are very thankful to the staff for taking our fur baby in a time of need, we are very disappointed in the communication and plan for treatment. We never even met the Dr. in person and only was able to speak to her on the phone. It seems the Dr. had no true treatment plan, no follow up and dismissed our requests. There was never a definite diagnosis, even though they tested for everything. It just seemed like they really had no clue what was taking place and how to treat. The vet was great, however the front desk personal is very catty and unprofessional. As soon as the supervisor came in ( I say supervisor because I never saw her do anything but change the channel on TV. And her nails were so long don't think she could do anything else) she bad mouthed the vet for giving us a pick up time. And had a whole gossiping circle of minions. The only one who didn't partake was the only one who was working ( she wore glasses) I won't be coming back for the sole reason of the poor attitude and rudenes... read more

Front desk staff was rude. They said I was late to my 9:50AM appointment when I was early. They said my appointment was actually 9:40AM. I showed her the text message reminder that they sent. She said "That's not our company, thats not our fault, we have had issues with them in the past" So why do they still use them if they know they have issues.
