I had a cerclage placed due to incompetent cervix. I had a good visit when I went for my consultation, but after my surgery I was running a fever and have had some other problems. I’ve called twice to talk to a nurse and every time they are not kind or willing to help. Each time they’ve made me feel stupid for calling, which if I were given more direction before the surgery I wouldn’t have been calling in the first place. All of the doctors are great and very knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with the front desk, they are always very helpful. They have helped me through very difficult pregnancies and do a great job.
I have spoken with the girl I believe the one stars are mentioning and she doesn't have very good manners and believes she know everything. However the rest of the staff is very polite and professional and don't deserve a one star rating. I've gone to this facility for 3 children of 5 and it's been a wonderful experience.
Everything we needed and wanted was taken care of, from genetic testing early in the pregnancy to the big day! Thanks for all you do. :)
