Dr. Agnew accused me of asking for a refund on the incorrect lenses her lab made because the frames were broken and then asked me to leave the store. I purchased glasses from Eye Wares on 6/8/2023. I was told the glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. I called to check a couple times after the glasses were supposed to be ready and was told each time they were still in the lab. I waited.
