Great experience from start to finish! The staff Ashley was welcoming, the dentist Dr Xu was gentle and professional, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic was clean, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to think carefully before choosing it. I initially went there because I trusted a fellow Chinese-owned clinic, but I later realized that their treatment seemed to be driven by how much insurance coverage I had rather than what I actually needed. They never discussed treatment plans or costs with me beforehand. I went to the clinic today to get a filling in my tooth, and I was absolutely astounded with the results, my tooth looks so good! the staff were friendly and professional. One of the dental assistants let me watch whatever I wanted on the screen, which was really enjoyable during my treatment. Dr. Xu was very kind and helpful, and he explained things really well, and told me he was going to do something before he did it, so I was prepared.
