Cleaning staff is untrustworthy and took my Victoria’s Secret leggings. I talked to front desk several times and got no help except from the gentleman who works the front desk. I wish I knew his name but he was the only person who tried to assist and would contact me with follow ups. The “cleaning manager” ignored my calls and everyone else would say, oh I’ll call you later, and never did. Personal and efficient service! Gavin is excellent as is the front desk. Moved our stuff for us and happy to do it. I’m a regular and this is the best year yet
