Fist thing i look for when renting a place anywhere is Air conditioner. This place has NO AC in the units! What?! As expensive as this place is NO AC?! There is a thermostant that tells you the temp but when uou call the front desk, they tell uou there are no Air condition inbthe units and there is a box fan we can use in the closet! it is july and the room is 76 during the day and 70 at night....terrible!
Shout out to the front desk workers ! WOW ! AMAZING! BOTH SHIFTS the girl in the morning today and the guy in the evening! KIND! CARING ! HELPFUL! KNOWLEDGEABLE! ALL THE ABOVE ! BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD !
Cleaning staff is untrustworthy and took my Victoria’s Secret leggings. I talked to front desk several times and got no help except from the gentleman who works the front desk. I wish I knew his name but he was the only person who tried to assist and would contact me with follow ups. The “cleaning manager” ignored my calls and everyone else would say, oh I’ll call you later, and never did. Personal and efficient service! Gavin is excellent as is the front desk. Moved our stuff for us and happy to do it. I’m a regular and this is the best year yet
