My parents needed to replace an old out of date electrical panel. The process from start to finish was easy with great communication and prompt responses throughout. The electrician arrived at the scheduled time and quickly did the work in 2 hours.
Against my better judgment I went with this company despite minimal online reviews since they were referred by Generac. I hope this review saves people of a lot of brain damage and wasted time. I was quoted 6-8 weeks for the install with NYC permitting etc. which was fine but it ended up taking a year to get the job completed and signed off on.
