Food prep and service is terrible. The hot food gets served cold and the cold food gets served at room temp. Soup was not served to the tenants last night. They just put it out in a bowl and it was self serve. Nothing to keep the soup warm. Was just a container with a lid. Also an existing water heater leak from the 3rd floor was allowed to leak all the way to the 1st floor until it seeped up from seems in the floor. The wall and ceiling stains were just painted over.
