When they say welcome to the swamp. It no joke, during spring/raining season your yard will become a swamp. They start working on a section of the road but take a month or more to finish (I'm talking about a small stripe) If there anything constructs going on that they need to turn stuff off (water, electricity etc) they dont tell you ahead of time
Tanya is terrible to deal with she doesnt care about anything you want they try to evict people for no reason, the rules only apply to certain people in the community, they drove through our yard when bringing a new trailer in and never fixed the huge rut they left even after asking them for several months Laurel woods is just a terrible place to rent or own and if you call about a complaint to many times she gives you attitude and tries to spin it on you
