For what you get the price is outrageous and having to pay all the utilities as well and for your animals .....so not worth it...
Tania is very nice lady when she is in bed the place always freezes plumbing and they cut the electricity with no call She must have been volunteering just to make people happy with nothing I guess

When they say welcome to the swamp. It no joke, during spring/raining season your yard will become a swamp. They start working on a section of the road but take a month or more to finish (I'm talking about a small stripe) If there anything constructs going on that they need to turn stuff off (water, electricity etc) they dont tell you ahead of time
