Very disappointed in Eric, had trust in this builder for their good reviews in customer service and not to mention the good reviews about Eric. He’s very polite, I’ll give him that. But he was very defensive in forcing me buy a home with structural issues, not mention I’m very close to loosing my job. Very sad these type of builders have zero empathy. This was my first home purchase and I didn’t know much about what I was doing but with the great help at castlerock communities, I was helped every step of the way! To summarize, fast and easy home buying process and a beautiful community!
Had the best home buying experience! Eric is amazing and was extremely patient with us and all our questions. Very accommodating and helpful. Worked hard to ensure all the promised little details were included and not missed and eas with us all the way up to closing day. I don't think we could have had a better experience. This is my very first home and I was definitely impressed with the care and service. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.
Jamie was helpful during our home buying process. We appreciated his straightforwardness and first time buyer tips. Any issues we brought to their attention during construction were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner.
