The quality of the product and the customer service at this establishment is phenomenal! The person who greeted me (Dolly) was very informative of what I needed and was able to help me establish a water cooler and four bottles just to start so my employees and I can have great drinking water at work. The deliveries are always on time and the drivers (Brian and Omar) are absolutely wonderful and always have a smile on their faces when they come in. I was introduced to Laurel Valley Water at my job. When the driver told me I could also get this delivered to my house I had him sign me up right away. Everyone says water is water, but I bet they never tasted this sparkling great tasting water.
Best spring water in the city! I called for info and after comparing pricess with the other bottled water companies in town decided to schedule a delivery and they came out the next day! Very easy to work with !
GO SOME WHERE ELSE – Not recommended due to negative information about this company. Strange and unsavory ways of conducting of business. Avoid !!!
NO THANKS – Recommend finding a different water company. To be fair; the word is the water is ok. But doing business with the company can be painful.
