Talk my 19 ram 3500 with known tranny problems still under warranty to have recalls done and tranny fixed. after three weeks approximately they contacted me actually I contacted them. This dealership is amazingly professional and knowledgeable! Kudos to the service center, especially to Kyle! I continually was having problems with my new RAM truck, and the dealership where I bought it was not responding quickly. Laurel Valley took my truck, even when they were not the one that sold the Truck, got me a loaner, keep me updated of the status of the repair, and prioritized the repair.
