Have tried calling multiple times today, since 9 am to 1pm and have received nothing calls are being ignored. This is ridiculous and do not recommend renting from this apartment ever. I would give 0 stars if I could.
A couple of weeks ago, I booked a tour through the automated system. When I showed up, there were no apartments available for me to tour. Since I am from out of state, my friend agreed to do a tour on my behalf. We have both spent the last several hours calling the office number to verify there is actually an apartment available to tour today. No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail to leave a message. At this point, I can’t even consider this complex as an option to move into.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Lived here almost 3 years, always paid my rent & water/sewer/pest control/garbage bill on time. I have always tried to be as quiet as possible, as to not disturb my neighbors, unlike my neighbors who slammed doors & were abusing their dogs (my daughter & I could hear the dogs yelping, but nothing was ever done about it), & they made all kinds of loud noises all hours of the day & night.
