i just signed my third year here and i absolutely love it. it's quiet, safe, well-maintained, and a lovely place to raise my kiddos. i love that it's close to a lot of great places and how safe i feel here. the price isn't too bad for mt juliet! i love it here. there's a surprising amount of wildlife here despite being in the city!

Great place to live. Friendly staff. Kelsea was awesome. She helped me with the whole process. I would definitely recommend her and the rest of the staff.
Laurel Valley is a quaint community in the heart of one of the safest cities in the Nation. My family has called this small community home for several years and I am so grateful. I would like to give a special thank you to the management & maintenance team for always being responsive, understanding, and compassionate.
