I really like my Dr. She is attentive and seems to care for her patients. My issue is the system used to schedule X-rays and MRIs. My Dr. ordered me an MRI, and I was called to set the appointment after it is approved by insurance. Somehow, she got it approved incorrectly, and my MRI was not covered. I was not offered a self-pay option like my spouse was offered when they self-paid a service in imaging. The way it is done is not professional. Dr Stacy and her team are the best! Not only does she take the time to listen and properly diagnose all issues in a kind and understanding way, but she's very thorough too and always willing to help, especially a knucklehead like me lol! And if a deeper need should arise, she is very connected to many avenues of specialized help, at least in my experiences.
