Maintenance requests are taken care of expeditiously. Office staff are friendly and pleasant. Grounds are kept up and in shape. Pretty quiet.

Apartments are huge, neighbors friendly, and convenient to shopping, including Walmart, Food Lion, and 24 hour Walgreens. YMCA five minutes away. phone, and most always have to leave a message. Maintenance crew is outstanding! Often have an issue fixed within a few hours. They are friendly and professional. Pools are nice, but a struggle to keep them open at times. Mosquito problem really bad around the front pool. Do not dare go out there without bug spray even if no garbage or people around. Same problem last summer. This ... read more
