I made a appointment which was for today I took off work and told my appointment is next week They refused to see me.. Office staff isn't so nice
Dr Sofer is exceptional! She put my fears to rest, explaining my issue in layman terms. She assured me all will be well in time and sure enough, all is well. She is the sweetest Dr I have ever met and took her time explaining without looking at her watch 👍 she deserves 1000 stars !!
I spoke with Dr. Sofer to get a second opinion about test results that I was concerned about. She did a great job of explaining the results and what the benefits and risks were of doing further testing. I appreciated her clarity when explaining the information. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again if I need a urologist.
Waited 2 1/2 hours to see this doctor..... had an appointment with her and saw her PA instead!!!! I didn't even get to see the Doctor the whole time I was there!! Very disappointed!! I also Had an ultrasound in the offics and the PA could not even tell me what the results were!! I then complained to the front desk girl & she didn't even seem to care!! Horrible experience!!!
I found Dr. Sofer to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. She consulted with me on the latest laser techniques (there is more than one) for prostrate surgery for BPH - and the pro and cons for me compared to traditional TURP methods for healing time and results-- and the pros and cons of waiting. I asked a lot of questions, but she patiently took all the time she needed to thoroughly answer my questions.
