It's rare that you can find both the provider and the staff to be so professional, attentive and at the same time caring and compassionate, but her office in Sunrise fits the bill in all of these categories. To me it's well worth the trip.

I showed up for my appointment in Boca and was informed that the location was changed to Sunrise! No phone, no text. I later saw that if I had clicked on the link in the text and checked in online, I would have seen that the appointment showed that it was in Sunrise but online check-in is not required. So rude and inconsiderate!

I’ve been a patient here for about two years, and this office has gone downhill fast. The staff seems more focused on billing than patient care. You’ll wait close to an hour just to see the doctor for two minutes, and almost everything now requires an in-person visit with a fee attached. The doctor herself is kind, but she’s completely overbooked — appointments are rushed, and it feels like she can’t keep track of patients anymore. 0 stars! Overall a bad experience and issue is still not resolved. I have been asking for PA to give me a call for a week and I am just being ignored. Office send a script to Akumin to do a test however, the doctor did not provide the necessary records, claim was denied and the this office is giving me a run around. Furthermore, the doctor spend less than 5 minutes with me and I’m positive did not update my chart during my last visit or communicated my ultrasound results.
