Overall a bad experience and issue is still not resolved. I have been asking for PA to give me a call for a week and I am just being ignored. Office send a script to Akumin to do a test however, the doctor did not provide the necessary records, claim was denied and the this office is giving me a run around.
Listens well and provides skilled answers. Proficient in diagnosis, surgery and follow through. I can attest to her genuine care for client individuality. She fills my need to feel confident in my choice as my urologist.
