I feel like i am a pretty easy patient and set very low expectations for healtch care providers in an effort to forego dissapointments. These people just dont care. unless its billing, then you have thier attention. Im just glad this is not a provider for life threatening care. Go anywhere else but here. Do it recommend at all! My husband and I both did home sleep studies and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I went so where else to get a mouth guard and they requested my sleep study results. Over the course of 2 months they went back and forth with this office not understanding how to decipher the sleep study to answer the doctors questions. Honestly, don't bother! They are so unprofessional, I have never experienced something like this. I already flagged them to my insurance company and am now looking for another place to do my sleep study. I had a sleep study done with them 2 weeks ago and have not received my results. Now they want me to schedule another appointment to discuss my results. This is obviously to bill the insurance for every so called appointment. You never get to actually meet the "doctor".
