Initially I had only good things to say about this place. I did the sleep study and the staff that was there at the time of the study was wonderful. However after the sleep study I had heard absolutely nothing from the doctor. I had to contact him. When finally speaking to him he did not explain my results in a way I could understand. I told him that I wanted all of my results and information emailed to me and that I would go elsewhere. I told him he was very unprofessional and this was a waste of my time. I had a great experience here! It was my first sleep study so I was a bit nervous at first but the steps were explained in a very calming manner. I felt comfortable and on good hands
I have been trying to obtain the report of my sleep study for months now and have not been successful! I finally received the report after posting this.
I would like to thank your employee (Muhammad) )for making this a good experience. He was very professional and took time to explain all of the details for the visit. I would highly recommend a friend or relative to your center, due to my experience here.
