So here it is 10:30 a.m. and my sister had a 10:00 appointment for her dress alteration for her daughters wedding and Laurel NEVER came and didn't even have the courtesy to answer her calls or texts.....we drove 3 hours for this irresponsible seamstress that was one of the recommended seamstresses from where she purchased her gown and she will be sure to let the Bridal Shop know not to recommend this seamstress again.

Laurel is the best! She saved my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding after it came in without extra length. I recommend her to everyone!
Laurel was recommended to me by the bridal shop I bought my wedding dress from. I live out of town so I scheduled my fitting weeks in advance knowing I would only be in town for a short period of time. She confirmed the appointment and told us to call when we were leaving the bridal salon. We call..no answer, we arrive at her place..no answer, we call again..no answer.
